Website Redesign

Website redesign services

A new site, with a careful plan for the pages that already bring search traffic and inquiries.

Projects start at
$X
Timeline
14–20 weeks

60 days of checks after launch

Example: the product page brings inquiries and the buying guide brings visits. Both move to the new site. An old news page nobody visits is removed.

The pages that bring you traffic and inquiries move to the new site.

Definition

What a redesign changes, and what it must not lose

A website redesign replaces the structure, design and often the CMS of a site that already exists. It should explain your offer better and keep what the old site earns: search traffic, links and inquiries.

Without a migration plan

yourcompany.com/spare-parts404 · Page not found

  • Old addresses lead to “Page not found.”
  • Pages that bring inquiries get cut without a look at the data.
  • Forms break on launch day, and nobody notices for weeks.

With a migration plan

  • Every address that changes gets a tested redirect.
  • Each page is kept, merged, rewritten or removed based on its data.
  • Forms, tracking and search traffic are checked before and after launch.

The Wonderflow Method

How we redesign your website A new site and a planned move, 14 to 20 weeks.

A redesign is two jobs that end in one launch: building the new site and moving what the old one earns. Nothing moves without a map.

Website strategy with SEO and AI search

Every redesign starts here. We study what already brings you traffic and inquiries and plan the move to keep it. We research what else your buyers search for. Then we keep what worked and add new room to grow.

The move

M1Weeks 1–6

Inventory and a decision for every address

We list every address on your site and record what each page brings: search visits, links and, where your analytics records them, inquiries. Then each page gets a decision.

Your part
Read access to Search Console and analytics, and your approval of the decisions.
URL inventory

Search visits from Google Search Console. Inquiries from your analytics or CRM.

  • Every address gets one of four decisions. If a page moves, its old address redirects to the new one.
  • Keep. The page works. It moves as it is, at the same or a clearer address.
  • Rewrite. The page brings visits or inquiries but explains too little. We rewrite it in the wireframes step.
  • Merge. Pages on one topic become one stronger page. Their old addresses redirect to it.
  • Remove. Nobody visits it. If another site links to it, it redirects to the closest page.

Redirect map and content move

As the new site is built, we move the content and test a redirect for every address that changes.

Your part
Review the moved content.

Your part

  • Redirects open the right page
  • A test inquiry from every form arrives
  • Analytics counts inquiries
  • Search engines can read the site

Who runs your redesign

Planned by people who work in search every day

A redirect plugin can’t tell which pages bring your inquiries. We run SEO, AI search and ads for clients every day, so we read your search data before we touch a page.

Pricing

How much does a website redesign cost?

Redesigns start at $X and we plan most for 14 to 20 weeks. The price covers the new site and the whole move, which is why it starts higher than a new website.

Projects start at$X

14–20 weeks

Each project is priced from an estimate. Once you approve the scope, the price is fixed.

Talk about your redesign

Included in every redesign

  • Inventory and baseline of your current site
  • A decision for every address and a redirect map
  • Website strategy with SEO and AI search
  • Copy, wireframes and three first-screen concepts
  • Build on Webflow, WordPress, Tilda or another CMS, with content moved
  • Forms, tracking, launch checks and 60 days of checks

What moves the price

  • How many addresses and pages move. A blog with 300 posts takes more work than 30 product pages.
  • How much copy we rewrite
  • A change of platform or domain
  • Languages
  • Integrations beyond forms and analytics

Not included

Online stores, a new visual identity, photo and video shoots, paid fonts and stock images, hosting fees, and ongoing SEO, ads or site care after the 60 days. We tell you before the project starts if you need any of them.

For context, the average website project in Clutch’s web design category is about $X.1

Questions buyers ask

Before you redesign your website

The short answer comes first. Open any question for the detail.

How long does a website redesign take?14 to 20 weeks for most sites.

We plan most redesigns for 14 to 20 weeks, then check the site for 60 days after launch. Strategy, the inventory and wireframes take about six weeks. Design, build and the content move take the rest, and larger sites get more time there. Quick reviews on your side keep the launch on schedule.

Will a redesign hurt our search rankings? Some movement is normal. Losses from mistakes are avoidable.

Search engines need time to process a new site, so rankings can move in the first weeks. Most lasting losses come from mistakes: broken addresses, missing pages, lost titles or a site blocked from crawling. The inventory, the redirect map and the launch checks are there to catch them. We don’t promise rankings.

Can we keep our current addresses?Yes, where they work.

Many pages keep their address. Where a clearer structure needs a new one, the old address redirects to the new page, so links from other sites and saved bookmarks still work. We agree on every change in the inventory before design starts.

Can you move us to a new CMS?Yes, as part of the redesign.

We can move your site to Webflow, WordPress or Tilda, or build on another CMS you need. We choose it with you during strategy, based on who will run the site and how much content it holds. If you only need to move platforms and keep the design, a technical SEO migration is the better fit.

Will our site go down during launch? No. The old site runs until the switch.

We build and test the new site separately while your current site keeps working. On launch day we switch over, check redirects and forms, and keep the old site ready to switch back to until the checks pass. Most visitors won’t notice the switch.

Do you move our content and write the new copy?Yes. Both.

We move the content you keep and rewrite the pages that need it, from your briefing, your materials and what your buyers search for. You see the copy first in the wireframes, laid out on the page, and approve it before design starts.

Can AI redesign our existing website? Not on its own. People plan the move.

We use AI to research searches and competitors and to draft first versions faster. People run the strategy, make every page decision, write and edit the final copy, design the site and test the move. Every result that reaches you is checked and approved by a specialist you know by name.

What happens after the 60 days?Your team runs the site. We can help.

You get admin access to your site and CMS, and your team can update pages without writing code. Updates and checks can continue under our website maintenance plan. The same team can also run your SEO, AI search and ads.
