Accessibility

The short version

  • We want everyone to be able to read and use this site.
  • We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA.
  • Our pages work with a keyboard and follow your reduced motion setting.
  • If something gets in your way, email hello@wonderflow.agency.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement is based on our own checks, not an outside audit.

What our pages support

  • You can use every control with a keyboard, and an outline shows where the focus is.
  • Animations follow your system’s reduced motion setting.
  • The main content is readable with JavaScript turned off.
  • Pages work on screens as narrow as 320 pixels without scrolling sideways.
  • Pictures that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative animations are hidden from screen readers, and the text next to them says the same thing.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and error messages say what to fix.

How we check

Before we publish a page, we test it with a keyboard, at screen widths from 1440 down to 320 pixels, with reduced motion and with JavaScript turned off.

Known gaps

On dark sections, the keyboard focus outline has less contrast than WCAG asks for. We plan to fix it.

On many pages, the animation at the top keeps moving and has no pause button. It stops when your system’s reduced motion setting is on. WCAG also asks for a way to pause it on the page itself.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of the site is hard to use, email hello@wonderflow.agency. Tell us the page and what got in the way. We’ll reply, fix what we can and, in the meantime, send you the information in another way.
