What it is
What is lead generation with paid ads?
Lead generation with paid ads means building the whole path from an ad to an inquiry: the ad, a landing page that keeps the ad’s promise, an offer worth leaving details for, and tracking that counts real inquiries. When buyers already search for what you sell, Google Ads reaches them the moment they look.
If your buyers don’t search for it yet, we start with LinkedIn or Meta instead.
| Step | When no one owns the whole path | When one team owns it |
|---|---|---|
| The ad and the page | The ad promises one thing, and the page opens with another. | The page opens with the ad’s promise and keeps it. |
| The offer | One form for everyone: “Contact us.” | An offer that fits how ready people are: an audit, a quote or a checklist. |
| The count | Google Ads, analytics and your inbox each show a different number. | Each real inquiry counts once, with its source whenever tracking allows. |
| The result | After months of spend, no one can say what worked. | After three months of ads, you decide by the numbers you agreed on before launch. |
What’s included
What we build in the six weeks
It’s our landing page service and Google Ads setup in one project. We study your buyers and your competitors’ ads once and use what we learn for everything below.
-
The ads
A Google Ads account in your name, campaigns built on the searches your buyers make, and ads that say what the page says.
-
The offer and the lead magnet
A guide, a checklist or a top-5 list your buyers want to download, because it answers the questions they’re already asking. The people who download it are warm leads, already interested in what you sell.
-
The landing page
Copy that keeps the ad’s promise, design for desktop and phone, and a build on Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce or your platform.
-
The tracking
A short form, real inquiries counted once in Google Ads and your analytics, and a test inquiry that reaches your team before launch.
Your part: a 60-minute briefing, your approval of the offer, the copy and the design, and access to your analytics if you have it.
The offer
What will your buyers leave their details for?
There’s no single best lead magnet. We choose the offer for your niche based on our experience, how your sales team works and what your market already offers.
Requests to talk go straight to your sales team. Downloads are counted on their own, so they never pass for buyers.
The launch includes a direct offer and one simple lead magnet, like a checklist or a short guide. A calculator or a research report is quoted separately, or we use one you already have.

The decision
How you’ll know if it worked
Before launch, we agree with you on three numbers. After three months of ads, we put the real ones next to them.
You get a clear answer after three months of ads only if the budget buys enough clicks. The free launch plan shows the budget your market needs. If it’s more than makes sense for you, we say so before you spend.
Decision sheet
| Target | Agreed before launch | After three months of ads |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per inquiry | Under $200 | $150 |
| Inquiries your team accepts | Half or more | 31 of 60 |
| Cost per accepted inquiry | Under $400 | $290 |
Ad spend: $9,000 over three monthsScale
Our decision sheet, as it might look for a team-retreat planner. Your targets are set for your market.
Scale
The numbers beat the targets, and your team wants more. With your OK, we raise the budget in steps and can add a second channel.
Fix
Inquiries come, but too few fit or they cost too much. We change the offer, the searches we target or the page, and look again in a month.
Stop
The numbers stay far from the targets after the fixes. We tell you why and recommend stopping the ads. The account, the page and the data stay yours.

Every project has a founder on it and a team lead for each service.

What stays yours
- Your accounts, from Google Ads to analytics, are in your name, and the data is yours, including every inquiry.
- You pay Google directly, from your own ad account.
- The page lives on your platform. On Webflow, WordPress and Unbounce, your team can edit it without code.
- Files are yours once the project is paid. Fonts and stock images keep their own licenses.
Pricing
How much should you pay for lead generation?
With us, the launch starts at $X lead magnet included, and takes six weeks. Then our fee for running the ads starts at $X a month plus X% of your ad spend, month to month. Three months of ads usually give a clear answer, and getting there costs from $X plus X% of your ad spend. You pay the ad budget itself to Google directly. We don’t sell leads or charge per lead: you pay for the work, and Google for the clicks.
Launch from$X
6 weeks
Ad management from $X a month + X% of ad spend
Month to month, cancel with one month’s notice.
To a decision: from $X + X% of ad spend, plus the ad budget you pay to Google.
A landing page alone starts at $4,000 and Google Ads setup at $1,500. One launch also includes a lead magnet, and the research and the tracking are done once, so it starts at $X.
The launch is priced from an estimate. Once you approve the scope, the price is fixed.
Bigger launches, with more pages, offers or channels, are priced from an estimate.

Questions buyers ask
Lead generation FAQ
How much ad budget do we need?Enough to decide after three months of ads.
It depends on what a click costs in your market and how many inquiries it takes to judge the offer. The free launch plan works out the budget your market needs before you commit. If that budget is more than makes sense for your business, we say so and suggest a smaller start or a different channel.
When do the first leads come?Often in the first weeks of ads.
Ads go live in week six. Clicks show from day one, and inquiries often follow in the first weeks. Early numbers jump around, so we judge cost per inquiry and fit after three months of ads, against the targets we agreed before launch. Each week you get a short note on what changed.
What if it doesn’t work?We say so before you spend more.
We decide together at the meeting after three months of ads, and you can stop earlier with one month’s notice. If the numbers stay far from the targets after the fixes, we recommend stopping the ads and explain why: the offer on the page, your price, the market or the budget. If ads won’t pay off for your business, we’ll say that too. The account, the page and the data stay yours. We don’t promise rankings or a set number of leads. No one can.
Do lead magnets still work? Some do. It depends on your buyers.
People who search for what you sell want a quick next step, like a quote or a free audit, not a PDF. People who aren’t looking yet may trade an email for a useful checklist or calculator. We count downloads separately from requests to talk, so a download never passes for a buyer.
Why start with one channel? So you get a clear answer in three months.
Split across channels, the same budget leaves each one too few inquiries to judge. We start where your buyers already look, usually Google. LinkedIn or Meta comes next, once the first channel works, or first, if your buyers don’t search for what you sell yet. The launch costs the same either way: it already includes a simple lead magnet, which is what those buyers usually need.
We already run Google Ads. Can you take over?Yes, after a free audit.
We start with a free audit of your account, with read-only access, so nothing changes until you agree. Campaigns that work keep running, and the launch adds the page, the offer and the tracking around them. Fixes from the audit are quoted as part of the launch. The account stays in your name.
Will the page sit on our website?Yes, or right next to it.
The landing page can live on your site’s platform, on a separate path or a subdomain, in your brand. No site yet? We build it on Webflow or Unbounce, in an account in your name. Visitors from the ads land on it, not on your homepage, because a page with one offer and no site menu keeps them on that offer.
Can AI do this for us?It can draft. It can’t decide.
AI helps us read competitors’ ads and write first drafts. It doesn’t know your buyers and can’t check facts with your sales team. A person you know by name chooses the offer, approves every page and ad, and answers for your budget.
