Website maintenance services

We keep your site working and your changes moving.

Updates, backups and form tests every month, plus what your team asks for. A short report shows what we did.

Plan from
$X a month
Requests included
8 hours

No long contract. Every account stays yours.

Four weeks on the plan. Updates are tried on a copy of the site every two weeks, a backup is restored to prove it works, and two requests go live. When an update broke a form on the copy, we fixed it before it reached the site. The month ends with a short summary.

The routine

What do website maintenance services include?

Website maintenance is the regular work that keeps a site safe, working and up to date after launch. Ours runs on a fixed schedule, so nothing waits for someone to remember it.

Every day

  • Backups saved off your server and kept for 30 days
  • Security scans and downtime monitoring

Every two weeks

  • Updates tried on a test copy of your site, then applied
  • Key pages and every form checked after each update
  • Urgent security fixes within one business day

Every month

  • A backup restored on a test copy, to prove it works
  • A test inquiry followed to your CRM and analytics
  • Speed and broken links on key pages
  • A short report of what we did

Plus 8 hours a month for what your team asks for. How requests work →

We work on WordPress, Webflow and other popular platforms, after a first look. On hosted platforms like Webflow, the platform handles updates, security and backups, and we do the rest: forms, tracking, speed, links, your changes and the report.

The inquiry path

Will our forms and tracking keep working?

A form can stop sending after an update, and nobody notices until sales asks where the inquiries went. So after every update we test each form, and once a month we follow one inquiry all the way.

  1. The form sendsOn desktop and phone, with the thank-you message.
  2. The email arrivesIn the right inbox, not in spam.after every update
  3. Your CRM gets itWith the page and source it came from.once a month
  4. Analytics records itOnce, in your analytics and ad accounts.once a month

We filter test inquiries out of your analytics reports, so only real ones count. No CRM? We check the email and analytics. If any step fails, we treat it as urgent.

Requests

How fast will you make our changes?

If the site is down or a form stops sending, we start the same business day. Small changes take 2 to 3 business days.

Getting started

Can you take over a site another agency built?

Yes, on the same plan. We just look at what’s there first: the first two weeks go to that, then the monthly schedule starts.

Week 1

  1. AccessYou add us with our own logins. Every account stays in your company’s name.
  2. InventoryPlatform, plugins, hosting, forms, tracking and who uses what.

Week 2

  1. Backups and a test copyBackups moved off the server, a test copy set up, a restore tried.

Questions buyers ask

Before you sign a maintenance plan

The short answer comes first. Open any question for the detail.

Does a website need monthly maintenance?Yes, if it brings in inquiries.

Platforms and plugins release updates all the time, and many of them close security holes. Patchstack counted more than 11,000 new security flaws in WordPress plugins and themes in 2025, nine in ten of them in plugins. A site can also break quietly: a form stops sending, tracking stops counting. A regular routine catches both early, before they cost you leads.

Can I hire someone to manage my website?Yes. That’s what this plan is for.

Many companies rely on one freelancer, and the site waits when that person is busy or gone. With web maintenance services like ours, you get a team with one contact: Anastasia takes your requests and Alex oversees the work. Every account stays in your company’s name, so you’re never stuck with us.

Do we need maintenance if our hosting is managed, or the site is on Webflow?Yes, for everything the host doesn’t touch.

Good hosts and platforms like Webflow look after the server, and some run updates and backups. They don’t test your forms, check that inquiries reach your CRM, keep your tracking working or make the changes your team needs. We look at what your host already does, so we don’t do it twice.

Can our team still edit the site?Yes. It’s your site.

Your team keeps its own logins and can edit pages as before. Let us know about bigger changes you make, so our checks know what to expect. If a change on your side breaks something, we fix it like any other request.

Do you host websites? No. Your site stays with your host.

We work on the hosting you already have. If it’s slow or unreliable, we recommend a better one and can move the site for you, with an estimate before we start. Hosting fees go from you straight to the host.

What if our site gets hacked? On our plan, cleanup costs nothing extra.

We start the same business day: restore a clean backup or remove the malicious code, close the way in, change access and tell you what happened. No one can promise a site will never be attacked. Tested updates and backups make it much less likely and much easier to recover. If your site is hacked right now and isn’t on our plan, tell us in the form. We’ll reply within one business day.

Will you work with our developer or another agency?Yes. We agree who does what.

Many companies have a developer or an agency for bigger projects. We agree who handles updates, who publishes changes and how we keep each other posted, so nobody overwrites anyone’s work. If they build something new, we test it like the rest of the site.

Can AI maintain a website? It helps. It can’t be in charge.

We use automated tools for scans, backups and alerts, and AI to sort issues and draft faster. Deciding whether an update is safe, testing a form end to end and fixing what broke takes people who know your site.

What happens next
  1. 01We confirm the details within one business day.
  2. 02Before the call, we look at what anyone can see: speed on a phone, when your security certificate and domain expire, broken links, and whether your forms load and your tracking is in place.
  3. 03On a 30-minute call, we show you the three biggest risks we can see from outside. Then a plan and a price, if you want to go on.
