The Wonderflow Method

The problem isn’t always where it shows up.

So we find what’s really holding growth back before we change anything. Big decisions go through four stages. Small fixes don’t wait.

  1. 01 Discovery
  2. 02 Analysis
  3. 03 Strategy
  4. 04 Execution
Leads dropped. We look at ads, search, the website, tracking and the CRM, and find the cause: the form fails on phones. We fix the form instead of spending more on ads or rebuilding the site, then check the result against sales data.

Symptoms and causes

What you see, and what’s often behind it

Pick the one that sounds like yours. These are patterns we run into again and again, and how we tell which one is yours.

Leads dropped

The usual move

Raise the ad budget or change the ads.

What we often find

Often demand didn’t drop. Tracking broke after a site change, the form fails on some phones, or leads get lost on the way to the CRM.

How we check

  • Compare leads in your CRM with your analytics for the same days.
  • Send test leads from a phone and a laptop and follow them all the way in.

Where we’d startConversion Audit & Optimization →

Cost per lead keeps rising

The usual move

Cut bids, pause campaigns, blame the algorithm.

What we often find

Cost per lead is the price of a click divided by the share of visitors who become leads. Often it’s that share that fell: the page, the offer or the searches your ads show up for changed.

How we check

  • Split cost per lead into cost per click and conversion rate, month by month.
  • Then read the search terms and the landing page.

Where we’d startGoogle Ads →

Traffic grows, sales don’t

The usual move

More content, more traffic, a redesign.

What we often find

The growth comes from people who are learning, not buying: how-to searches, other countries, blog posts far from what you sell.

How we check

  • Sort your search queries into learning, buying and brand.
  • See which pages grew and whether anyone asks for a quote from them.

Where we’d startSEO Services →

Lots of junk leads

The usual move

Lower bids, add form fields, switch channels.

What we often find

The ad platform learns from every form fill, good or bad. And marketing and sales don’t share one definition of a good lead.

How we check

  • Agree with sales on what a good lead is.
  • Mark your last 50 to 100 leads by source and campaign, and send that status back to the ad platform.

Where we’d startPerformance Marketing →

New site, nothing changed

The usual move

Redesign again, or blame the developer.

What we often find

The look changed, but the offer and the proof didn’t. Or old pages lost their redirects, and tracking didn’t move over.

How we check

  • Compare before and after by channel.
  • Check the redirect map.
  • Compare the old and new home page: did the offer and the proof change, or only the look?

The four stages

What is the Wonderflow Method?

The Wonderflow Method is how we make the decisions that matter, in every service. It has four stages: Discovery, Analysis, Strategy and Execution. We learn the situation, find what’s really holding growth back, choose the change worth making, build it and check it against the goal we agreed. Small, clear fixes go straight to the work.

01 Discovery

What do we actually know?

We learn your goals, your buyers, what’s been tried and what’s in the way. We use what you already have and gather only what the next decision needs.

How AI helps
AI helps us read the volume fast: hundreds of searches, reviews, call notes and competitor pages. People decide what matters.
You get
A short brief: the question, what we know, what we don’t know yet, and where things stand today.

Discovery brief

The question
Why did leads drop?
What we know
Ad spend and clicks are steady
What we don’t know yet
Whether every form fill reaches sales
Where things stand
Your leads by week, last 12 months
Discovery brief: the question, what we know, what we don’t know yet, where things stand
What we need from you
A kickoff call and read access to your analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and CRM, if you have one.
What we don’t confuse
No analytics doesn’t mean no demand. A missing CRM doesn’t prove sales are weak.

02 Analysis

What’s really going on?

We compare sources and time periods, test other explanations and separate symptoms from causes. Sometimes the answer is that nothing important is broken.

How AI helps
AI helps us spot patterns across large data sets. A specialist checks every finding against its source.
You get
Findings, each with the evidence behind it and how sure we are.

Findings

Findings: each finding with its evidence and how sure we are
What we need from you
A short talk with your sales team about which leads they want more of.
What we don’t confuse
A pile of numbers isn’t a finding. Two things happening at once doesn’t prove one caused the other.

03 Strategy

What do we change, and what do we leave alone?

We compare real options, including a small fix or one more check. Then we plan the order of work and how we’ll know it worked. Sometimes the best plan is to spend less, or to change nothing yet. We’ll say so.

You get
A plan: the chosen approach, what we’re not doing and why, the order of work and how we’ll check it.

Plan

How we’ll check

What we need from you
One person who can say yes, and a date to agree the plan.
What we don’t confuse
“Write articles and run ads” is a to-do list, not a strategy.

04 Execution

Did it work?

We build the agreed change, check its quality before launch and measure it against the goal we set. New facts send us back to the stage they belong to, without starting over.

How AI helps
AI helps us draft and pre-check the work. A specialist you know by name approves everything that reaches you.
You get
The work itself, checked, plus a short report: what changed, what we measured and the next decision.

What we need from you
Edit access where we build, and a review date for each change.
What we don’t confuse
Published isn’t the same as working. We check what changed for your buyers.

Depth

Do you need all four stages?

Not always. The stages are for decisions that matter. A small, clear fix goes straight to the work, and a new site gets the full cycle.

  • An audit

Ends with a list of what to fix, test or leave. Building the fixes is agreed separately.

Discovery full, Analysis full, Strategy light, Execution not included.

An SEO audit takes 10 to 20 business days

    SEO Audit →
  • A new website or redesign

The full cycle, from research to launch. A redesign adds 60 days of checks after launch.

    All four stages in full.

    14 to 20 weeks

    B2B Websites →
  • Ads

A short setup, then we run, test and adjust every month.

    All four stages in full.

    Setup takes about two weeks

    Paid ads services →
  • SEO and AI search

An ongoing program: research first, then pages, fixes and links month by month.

    All four stages in full.

First movement in 1 to 3 months, the trend at six

    AI Search Optimization →
  • A small fix or support

Clear, small requests skip the stages. We use what we already know and get it done. Bigger requests go into the work plan.

Discovery, Analysis and Strategy not included, Execution full.

    Usually within a business day

    Website Maintenance →
  • Full stage
  • Light: a shorter pass
  • Not included

Audits and plans can stand alone: take the findings or the plan to your own team.

How we work

What working with us looks like

Start small. Most services begin with a free first look.

The first step

Search and AI visibility Free
A free search map: the searches your buyers use and where you stand. Ready in up to two business days.
Paid ads Free
A free audit of your ad accounts, or a launch plan if you’re starting fresh.
Websites and conversion Free
A free first look that fits the job: a draft site structure, the pages a redesign must keep, a landing page’s first screen, or a walk-through of your path to an inquiry.
Branding and design
A look at what you have. If your identity is usable, we start with the materials, not a rebrand.

Three ways to work

One service
You know what you need: an SEO program, a Google Ads account, a new website. We deliver it and connect it to what already works.
One problem
Something is broken and the cause isn’t clear. We find it, fix it and bring in only the skills the fix needs.
A growth partnership
Ongoing work across channels. We set priorities with you each cycle and deliver within an agreed capacity.

It’s not a ladder. Start with whichever fits.

What we need from you

  • Read access to analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and your CRM
  • Edit access to your site or CMS when we build
  • One person on your side who decides
  • Review dates, set on day one

How pricing works

Projects such as audits, websites and branding have a fixed price, agreed before we start. Programs such as SEO, ads and design support are monthly. Each service page shows how its price is set. New scope, price or timing is agreed in writing first. Terms differ by service, and each service page shows its own.

Your accounts are in your name, and the data is yours. Files are yours once the project is paid. Fonts and stock images keep their own licenses.

Who we are

Why we work this way

We learned marketing where mistakes cost us money. Mike ran his own agency paid per lead: no lead, no pay. Alex and his future wife put their savings into a 3D printer, and he ran the ads himself. Neither of us could afford to fix the wrong problem.

More than ten years and 100+ projects later, that habit is how we work at Wonderflow: find what’s really holding growth back, change only what fixes it, and check that it worked.

Money matters to us, as it does to any business. But no fee is worth selling you the wrong fix. We want to do work we’re proud of, work that pays off for you.

If the cause isn’t in marketing but in, say, sales follow-up or the product, we’ll tell you plainly, even if it means less work for us.

About us →

Questions buyers ask

Before you start

The short answer comes first. Open any question for the detail.

Is the Wonderflow Method a separate service? No. It’s how every service works.

There’s no fee for the method itself. Each service prices its own work, and the first look is free for most of them. The method is why an SEO project, an ad account and a new website all start with the same question: what’s really holding growth back?

How will we know how it’s going? You hear it from us first.

Every recommendation comes with its reason and a label: proven, a hypothesis or unknown. If something isn’t working, you hear it from us first, with what we’d change, not weeks later in a report. Each change gets a review date, set on day one. And if new facts show up halfway, we go back to the stage they belong to instead of starting over.

Can we buy only an audit or a plan?Yes. Both stand on their own.

An audit ends with findings and a list of what to fix, test or leave. A plan ends with the chosen approach and the order of work. You can take either to your own team or another agency. Building it is a separate agreement.

What if the problem isn’t marketing? We tell you, and show what we found.

Sometimes the leads are fine and sales replies too slowly, or the offer doesn’t fit the market. We say so plainly and show what we found and what we’d check next. We don’t sell marketing work that can’t fix the cause.

Isn’t every agency’s process like this? The names are similar. Here’s what we check inside each stage.

We look at all the likely causes before choosing, we write down what we decided against and why, and we check the work against the goal we agreed before starting, not just clicks. And the depth fits the job, so a small fix doesn’t turn into a big project.

What happens on the first call? You talk to a founder.

You talk to Mike or Alex, not a sales rep. Tell us what you’re seeing and what you’ve already tried. You’ll leave with at least one useful observation, whether you hire us or not. We’ll also suggest the first step that fits, free for most services.

How do you use AI?For research and drafts. People decide.

AI helps us read large amounts of data, spot patterns and write first drafts. It doesn’t choose the approach or approve the work. A specialist checks every finding against its source and approves everything that reaches you.

Who owns the accounts and the data? You do.

Your ad accounts and analytics stay in your name, and you get admin access to your site and CMS. We work inside your accounts, not ours. When the work ends, you keep your accounts, data and files, plus a short note on what we’d do next.
