SEO services built around how your buyers search

Be found when buyers search, and judge it by inquiries.

We fix your site, build the pages buyers look for and earn the links that back them.

The map

No ranking guarantees. The map and the strategy stay with you.

The path we work for, not a promise. A buyer’s search finds your page in the results. The page is indexed and fast on phones, an industry guide links to it, and the inquiry lands in your CRM.

For a payroll software company.

What it is

What are SEO services?

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the work of making the pages your buyers need easy for search engines to find, understand and rank, and worth choosing. It covers the site, its content, and its links. Buyers search before they call, so we judge it by inquiries, not traffic alone: do they find you, click and get in touch?

One service page of a payroll software company, and the four steps it has to clear:

The page today

Crawled Yes

Indexed No, treated as a duplicate of the home page

Matches the search Written about you, not the buyer

Wins the click A generic title

Not in results, and no clicks

After the work

Crawled Yes

Indexed As its own page

Matches the search Written for what buyers search

Wins the click A clear offer in the title

A page buyers find and click, and an inquiry your team can see.

Technical SEO keeps pages crawlable and fast. On-page SEO makes each page match what buyers search. Off-page SEO earns the links and mentions that vouch for the site. See what the free map shows ↓

Step one

What does the free search potential map show?

One priority service in one market, in up to 2 business days: how much buyers search for it, who wins that demand today and why, whether your site is ready to compete, and a first look at AI answers. Then a 20-minute call with Mike or Alex and one direct recommendation.

Our map format, filled in for a typical payroll software company

01 Search demand

How much buyers search for your service, by query group.

Search demand

Found
What we saw
38 buyer queries with steady monthly searches. Comparison and pricing queries are more than a third of the commercial demand.
Why it matters
Without demand there is nothing to win, so the map checks it before you spend anything.
What to do
Build first for the groups buyers search most: the service itself, comparisons and prices.
How we’ll check
In the strategy: every query in the keyword map, assigned to the one page that should rank for it.

Check it yourself. Search for your main service. Do the top results answer it, or are they lists?

02 Who wins it today

Two similar competitors and the search leader, page by page.

Who wins it today

Gap
What we saw
Competitor A is in the top ten for 11 of the 38 queries, with a pricing page and a comparison. You are in the top ten for 4: your brand and two feature pages.
Why it matters
Competitors win with page types you don’t have, not with stronger pages.
What to do
Add the page types they win with, written better for your buyers.
How we’ll check
Your pages in the top ten for the same queries, every month.

Check it yourself. Search your three most important buyer queries. Which competitor shows up most, and with what page?

03 Page types you lack

The pages buyers look for before they get in touch.

Page types you lack

Gap
What we saw
No comparison page, no pricing page and no pages for the use cases your sales team hears most.
Why it matters
Buyers check comparisons and prices before they call. Without a page for that, someone else answers.
What to do
A fair comparison page, a pricing page and a page for each of the two most common use cases.
How we’ll check
Rankings, clicks and inquiries for each new page.

Check it yourself. Does your site have a page that answers what you cost?

04 Site readiness

Whether your site can compete for the demand it finds.

Site readiness

Gap
What we saw
Key pages are indexed and load fast on phones. Internal links don’t reach the pages buyers start from.
Why it matters
New pages need a site search engines can crawl, and a path from the page to an inquiry.
What to do
Two fixes before new pages go live: internal links and structured data.
How we’ll check
Indexing and speed of key pages, every month.

Check it yourself. Search for site: and your domain. Are your key pages there?

05 AI snapshot

A first look at what AI answers say about your category.

AI snapshot

Watch
What we saw
Five buyer questions on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, run once. You were named in 2 of 15 answers.
Why it matters
AI answers draw on the same comparison and pricing pages. One run is a first look, not a measurement.
What to do
If AI answers matter for how your buyers choose, the SEO and GEO strategy covers both in the same time.
How we’ll check
In the GEO program: 30 buyer questions on seven AI platforms, every month.

Check it yourself. Ask ChatGPT who to hire for what you sell. Are you named?

06 The recommendation

One direct answer on what to do next.

The recommendation

Found
What we saw
Go to an SEO strategy: there is demand you can win, and your site can publish new pages in days.
Why it matters
Every map ends with one recommendation, so you know what to do next, even if it’s to wait.
What to do
One of four: an SEO strategy, an SEO and GEO strategy, fix the site first, or come back later.
How we’ll check
A 20-minute call with Mike or Alex to go through it.

Check it yourself. Could your team publish a new page this month?

Every part ends as Found (in place), Gap (missing or broken) or Watch (check again). The map is yours, whether you work with us, your own team or another agency.

SEO and AI search

Is SEO still worth it in 2026?

Yes, if your buyers search. To appear in Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, a page has to be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet in Search (Google Search Central). What changes is where the clicks go: the answer often sits above the links.

When SEO pays off

  • Buyers search for what you sell before they contact anyone.
  • A new client is worth enough to fund several months of work before it pays back.
  • You can publish and change pages, and approve facts in days, not quarters.
  • You want a channel that keeps working between campaigns, so paid search carries less of the load.

When it won’t, yet

  • Little search demand for what you sell. The free map checks this before you spend anything.
  • You need inquiries next month. Paid search is faster. SEO builds over months.
  • Your site can’t be changed, or every change takes a quarter.

The Wonderflow Method

How does our SEO process work?

Four stages, each a complete piece of work with its own result. After each one, you decide whether to continue. First changes on individual queries usually show one to three months after a page goes live, and we judge the trend over six months.

Map, audit, strategy, monthly work

Measurement

How do we measure SEO, and what do averages hide?

Query type by query type, down to the inquiries each brings, never by one average. An average hides that organic traffic can rise while inquiries stay flat, and that brand searches make any ranking report look good. So we track a set of buyer queries agreed with you, checked with the same settings every month, and report each query type on its own, down to the inquiries it brings. Pick a step for the details.

Commercial visibility

We count
Positions for a set of buyer queries agreed with you, checked with the same settings every month, each query type on its own: service, industry, comparison, pricing, informational and brand.
We leave out
Brand queries in the headline number. They make any ranking report look good.
Source
Rank tracking and Search Console. Rankings vary with location, device and updates, so we compare like with like.

Clicks

We count
Clicks and click-through rate by page group, from Search Console.
We leave out
Traffic to pages that never lead to an inquiry, such as old blog posts.
Source
Search Console. AI Overviews can take clicks even when a page ranks, so clicks are counted on their own.

Organic inquiries

We count
Demo, quote and contact requests from organic search, by landing page, counted once.
We leave out
Spam, duplicates and job applications.
Source
Your analytics and CRM, with the landing page on every request.

Qualified pipeline

We count
Opportunities and deals from organic inquiries, where your CRM records them.
We leave out
Deals from people who only read an article and came back by another channel. They go on a separate line.
Source
Your CRM. We don’t guarantee positions, traffic or inquiries: the strategy sets a forecast in three scenarios, and every report sets the result against it.

Questions buyers ask

SEO FAQ

The short answer comes first. Open any question for the detail.

Is SEO dead now with AI?No. AI answers draw on it.

Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode use pages that are indexed and eligible to show in Search, so SEO is still how you get into them. What changes is where the clicks go: the answer often sits above the links. That makes clear, well-structured pages and a measurement that goes beyond traffic more important, not less.

How long does SEO take to work?First moves in 1–3 months. Judge at six.

Search engines need time to crawl changes and start showing pages for new queries. The map takes up to two business days and the strategy three to four weeks. The first pages and fixes go live in the first month of the program. First changes on individual queries usually show one to three months after publication, and we judge the trend in traffic and inquiries over six months.

How do SEO agencies charge?A monthly retainer, a project fee or an hourly rate.

Agencies usually charge a monthly retainer, a fixed fee for a project or an hourly rate for consulting. Ours: the map is free, the strategy starts at $X as a fixed fee, and the monthly program starts at $X a month. The monthly price depends only on the pace, in units a month.

Is it worth hiring an SEO company? If your buyers search, and you can’t staff it yourselves.

An agency is worth it when buyers search for what you sell and you don’t have a technical SEO, a content team and someone to earn links in house. If you do, SEO consulting is often enough: we set priorities and check the work, and your team ships it. The free map shows whether there is demand worth paying for before you hire anyone.

Can ChatGPT do SEO?It drafts. It can’t decide or earn trust.

AI tools research, cluster keywords and draft faster than people. They can’t confirm facts about your company, see your analytics and CRM, decide what matters most or earn links from other sites. AI helps. Behind every decision is a person you know by name: we use AI for research, clustering and first drafts, and a specialist checks every source and conclusion and approves every page before it goes live.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings? No. No one can.

We don’t promise rankings or a set number of leads. No one can: rankings depend on search engines, competitors and how quickly changes go live. We control the work: pages, fixes, content and links. The strategy sets a forecast in three scenarios, and every monthly report compares the result with it.

What’s the difference between SEO and GEO?SEO ranks pages. GEO shapes AI answers.

SEO gets the right pages ranked and clicked in search results. GEO works on what AI assistants say about you: whether they name you, describe you correctly and cite your sources. GEO runs on SEO, so our GEO program includes it.

Do you work with our developers?Yes, or we build it ourselves.

We can write, design and build pages and ship agreed technical fixes within the monthly units. If your developer makes the changes, we write the brief, answer questions and check the result on the site. Before the first month we agree who implements what.

What do you need from us to start?Access, priorities and one owner for the site.

Access to Google Analytics and Search Console, your priority products or services, the competitors you know and a contact who owns the site. If some data is missing, we say how that affects the conclusions and the forecast.
